Cleaning and Prevention

Healthy smiles are happy smiles. All patients are recommended bi-annual cleanings and examinations. Proper dental hygiene not only keeps your teeth looking white and your breath smelling fresh, but also leaves your gums healthier and prevents various diseases before they arise. A professional cleaning involves the removal of hard plaque that cannot be removed by brushing and flossing alone. We also use a fluoride treatment to help further polish and protect your teeth.

Here are some measures you can take to ensure optimal oral health care:

  • Brushing your teeth three times a day

  • Floss every day before you go to bed

  • Using mouthwash after brushing your teeth
