We want to ensure all new patients feel welcome, safe and comfortable. During your first visit, one of our doctors will preform an oral examination and review your dental history to determine what treatments are necessary. We will then schedule any additional treatments or cleanings needed.

NOTE: Please download and fill out the “new patient form” below and bring it with you on your first visit. Also, make sure to contact us (either by phone, text or email) to book your appointment so we could attend to you immediately.
